Shipping policy

We currently offer free standard shipping to every address in the UK, with no minimum order value.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and typically arrive within 5-7 working days of dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

We also ship to the EU (flat £14.99) and to selected international destinations (flat £23.99). Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, email us at contact@jfhabrightnest.com and we'll look into it right away.
