The Elin is a tall, clean-lined floor lamp that does one job beautifully: it fills a room with soft, even light. A 40cm fabric drum shade sits on a slim painted iron pole, and a heavy round base keeps it steady. Choose all-black for a bold, tailored look or all-white for a light, airy one.

Key Features

170cm tall – lifts the light above eye level so it spreads across the whole room
40cm fabric drum shade – diffuses the light for a gentle glow with no harsh glare
12W LED, 3500K warm white – cosy enough for evenings, bright enough to read by
Foot switch on the cable – tap it on and off without bending down
Thick 28cm iron base – a solid footing for a tall lamp
Two colourways – Black with a black shade, or White with a white shade
Long-life LED – rated for up to 50,000 hours

Where It Works

Living room – beside the sofa for relaxed evening light
Bedroom – in a corner, as a softer alternative to the ceiling light
Reading nook – next to an armchair, where the drum shade throws light down onto the page
Home office – adds warm background light around a desk

Setting It Up

Light assembly is needed: fit the pole to the base, then add the shade
Stand the lamp on a flat, level floor and plug it into a wall socket
Run the cable along the wall and place the foot switch where it is easy to reach

Looking After It

Always switch off and unplug before cleaning
Dust the fabric shade with a soft brush or a vacuum on a low setting
Wipe the pole and base with a soft, dry cloth – no water or chemical cleaners

Good To Know

The foot switch is a simple on/off switch – there is no built-in dimmer
Room photos are styled to show the lamp in a home setting – accessories are not included
