Six slim iron arms radiate out from a central column, each finished with an exposed bulb holder, giving this Nordic chandelier a clean, mid-century sputnik look. With no shades to hide the light, your choice of bulbs becomes part of the design, from vintage filament bulbs for a warm glow to frosted globes for a softer, modern feel.

Because it is a semi-flush fitting, it sits just 17.5 cm below the ceiling, so it suits standard UK ceiling heights as well as low-ceilinged living rooms, bedrooms and hallways where a hanging chandelier would get in the way. Choose matt Black, polished Chrome or warm Gold to match your interior.

Which finish is right for me?

• Black: crisp and graphic, lovely against white, grey or sage walls and in industrial or Scandinavian schemes.
• Chrome: bright and contemporary, great with cool greys, marble and modern kitchens.
• Gold: warm and elegant, pairs beautifully with brass accents, warm neutrals and period homes.

Tip: for a cosy glow choose warm white (2700K) LED bulbs; for a vintage look try amber filament bulbs. Six 6W LED bulbs give roughly the light of six 60W old-style bulbs.

Installation

This light is hardwired and connects to a standard ceiling point in place of your existing light fitting. The arms need simple assembly before fitting. For your safety, please have it fitted by a qualified electrician in line with UK Building Regulations (Part P), with the power switched off at the consumer unit.

Care

Switch off and let the bulbs cool, then dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sprays and abrasive cleaners, which can mark the finish.
