Tip: place it where the solar panel gets direct sunlight for most of the day, ideally a south-facing spot away from trees, fences and walls that cast shade. The more sun it gets, the longer it will glow.

Installation

No electrician needed. Slot the pole sections together, attach the decorative head, then push the spike firmly into soft soil or a large pot. Angle the solar panel towards the sun and leave it to charge for a full sunny day before the first evening's use.

Care

Wipe the solar panel with a soft damp cloth now and then to keep it charging well, as dust, leaves and bird droppings reduce performance. Do not submerge the light or use pressure washers or harsh cleaners. In very wet or icy spells you can bring it indoors to keep it looking its best.
